Wet Liners
Our wet liners are designed for engines that utilize a “slip fit” installation. These liners feature roll burnished under-the-flange radii for superior strength and fracture prevention. Constructed from high-grade steel or gray iron, our wet liners offer exceptional durability and performance. Precise manufacturing ensures perfectly round bores and the correct cross-hatch pattern for quick break-in and proper ring seating.
Dry Liners and Repair Sleeves
CTP offers a variety of dry liner and repair sleeve options to suit different engine requirements. Flanged dry liners are a slip-fit style that requires no block machining. Interference fit dry liners must be pressed into place after removing the old liner. Repair sleeves require block boring to accommodate the interference fit and do not come pre-finished or honed.
Our dry liners are crafted from high-grade steel or gray iron for durability and strength. Precise and uniform outside dimensions ensure easy installation. Pre-finished bore liners feature an accurate cross-hatch pattern for quick break-in and proper ring seating.
